Common variable immunodeficiency is the most common primary immunodeficiency disorder. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-responsive beige-like anchor protein (LRBA) deficiency is categorized as a common variable immunodeficiency associated with autoimmune manifestations and inflammatory bowel diseases.
