An unusual case of Von Hipple Lindau (VHL) syndrome with bilateral multicentric renal cell carcinoma with synchronous solitary urinary bladder metastasis.

In VHL syndrome, renal cell carcinoma is distinctive for its early age of onset, for its bilateral and multifocal involvement. Synchronous solitary urinary bladder metastasis from renal cell carcinoma is extremely rare.
